Anarthria
Anarthria is the inability to speak due to damaged motor nerves. A part of the brain keeps a control over the larynx or the voice box. When this part of the brain is damaged due to an injury or any other factor, it loses the capability to vocalize words. The advanced condition of dysarthria is described as anarthria. The speech and the voice muscles become very weak and stop producing logical/clear speech sounds.
